Waiter service. My husband & I frequently visit Lancaster County and decided to stop in Red Robin before our trip home. Our waiter wasBen P. He was the most sociable waiter we’ve had in years. When we visit, we go out to eat every night so I can say withouta doubt he was a pleasure. He was respectful and took the time to actually have a meaningful, short conversation.He was a delight! Oh, the burgers were great too.

Burgers are great, service not so much. My boyfriend and I ate there about a month ago because neither of us had before. We got seated right away, but it took awhile to get noticed by the server. When she finally came, she took our drink orders and half heartedly explained the specials. Then she disappeared. We were ready to order at the time of our drinks, but she never asked or gave us time. It took her 10 minutes to get them, then she took our order. While we were waiting, she kept standing around and talking to another girl who was working the bar. I was sitting there with an empty cup for 15 minutes when we were literally RIGHT NEXT TO HER. If she had just turned around for 2 seconds she would have seen that. When we got our food, my boyfriend asked for more BBQ sauce. That took another 10 minutes, then another 15 minutes to get the refills we’d been waiting for for 20 minutes. Then she didn’t check up on us until we were almot finished with the meal. Not a very pleasant experience. The burger was really good though. Overall, I give this place a 3 because the service was horrible. I’m hoping it’s not that way all the time, but with the experience I had, I don’t really feel like going back, even if the burger was tasty
Long wait for food. We were seated near waitress station where we were subjected to their continuous whining….one even dropped the f-bomb. When we said something, she did apologize. Two of the three sandwiches came out wrong. Waitress totally forgot us as we ran out of. drinks. With so many other places around, wouldn’t eat here again
Best burgers & fries around. Makes 5 Guys Burgers & Fries look like and taste like cafeteria food
Busy Burger Place. Red Robin is located between the two outlet centers in Lancaster and is almost always busy. The burgers are great and prepared to your taste. It’s worth the wait because the burgers are good even though its a chain restaurant.
