Bad service at V&S. I went out of my way Sunday afternoon, September 25, to go for to V&S for what I feel is a shop with one of the best tasting subs in Lancaster. I called in an order for two Italian Subs and fries. I was told they would be ready for pick-up in 20 minutes. I showed up in 15 minutes and was told order would be right up and I paid $17 for order. 20 minutes (35 munutes since order) and still no order. I overheard cook and delivery person in back talking about not having any cheese but thought nothing of it. I couldn’t leave (storm out) at this point as they already had my money. Finally I received order in a bit over 5 more minutes (almost 45 min total rather than the 20 stated when I called) with no explanation or no comment on order. I got home with my order and, to top it all off, had two Italian Subs with NO CHEESE!!!
