This Place is an Italian Jewel in the Hazleton Area. I travel all over N America and have eaten at 100’s if not 1000’s of restaurants and Alfredo’s is one to mention for the top Italian places to eat. The staff was very friendly (Nancy)! She was so friendly, and would custom make dishes for us upon request and the food is fantastic! They have the best Pizzas for true Italian pizza. I eat GF and their GF pizza is by far the best! And, for all those who need true GF, Nancy understands and you will have no problem eating here at all! Bottom line, great food, great staff and nice clean beautiful place to eat! Also, I gage a restaurant’s cleanliness by their bathroom’s and wow, they have very nice and CLEAN bathroom’s!
Not reccommended. For some reason, I had to wait an additional 20 minutes for my take out order after a 30 minute wait…and there was nobody in the place. The staff was unfriendly and inattentive. They charged me an extra dollar for a side of blue cheese and celery and then when I got home and opened the bag, it wasn’t there! The quality of the food was not good enough to negate this bad experience. I will likely never eat there again.
Bad hospitality. Service is slow the girl acted as she owed us nothing in service and a xtra charge for a bit of dipping sauce is being cheap you get so little you you have to get more and they charge you . Lost my familys business
How cheap can you get!. I was there for dinner with five others and asked for some hot sauce. The waitress brought me a very, very, did I say very SMALL plastic container of hot sauce. When the bill came she charged me 75 cents for the hot sauce. I asked the owner, they said that’s what we charge. The waitress never mentioned the additional charge to me when I asked for it. I have never been charged for tablespoon of hot sauce before. You lost six customers!!!08 Jan, 2014How cheap can you get!. I was there for dinner with five others and asked for some hot sauce. Great Food, Beautiful Place!. Amici’s/Alfredo’s, some of the best Italian food in Hazleton for years now! The place is so good looking too, just a great atmosphere.
The lasagna was cold on the inside
Still Lousy Customer Service…. So I went back to see if the customer service had improved. I do work by there and It’s nice to have a place to refer to by the office. I ordered a meal which comes with salad and garlic knots. I looked though the order after I paid for it and saw there was no marinara sauce included with the knots and I said something. The woman said to me well that’s not included with it cause it’s a meal….they were cold too! How cheap can you be? So instead of the woman saying it usually doesn’t come with it but, I can give you a cup. What do I need 10 cold garlic knots with no sauce? Well they lost me as a customer as well as my co workers over marinara sauce. Didn’t anyone ever hear the term give the customer the pickle! It’s in reference to satisfying the customer in order for them to come back. I won’t be back next time.
