I can never get enough of Corks. Previously owned by Ruth Corcoran for the past 10 years and now recently purchased by Rob Friedman, Corks never fails. From Wine to Dessert, Corks offers a wide range to accommodate every customer new and old. On a recent visit, we tried to order as many vegetarian options as possible to let the community know those options are available.for example:Harvest Risotto (Gluten Free) – Typically served with Spicy Chicken (we skipped on the chicken) Sweet Potato, Fig Dried Cranberry, & Maple Vinaigrette.Greek Stuffed Portobello- stuffed with baby spinach, diced tomatoes, roasted garlic, black olives and instead of feta cheese we substituted with caramelized onions. PERFECTWarm & Creamy, Gluten Free, Spinach and Artichoke duo with vegetable dippers instead of chipsDelicious Alaskan Salmon painted with brown sugar and a Dijon and Citrus GlazeEggplant Rollatini- an Italian dish that will keep you full for days. Smothered in mozzarella, red sauce and baked to supreme.I am always please with Corks. Always Hot. Always Fresh. Always Delicious. My bf and I love this place for drinks and apps. He got a filet one night and loved it, he’s a carnivore and hard to please. Beautiful bar, friendly staff and reasonable. Going back for a wine school they offer! Just my kind of place
Great Restaurant. Went there for Valentine’s Day and thought it was fantastic. Especially loved the tuna. My husband had a steak and said it was perfect. Great desserts too.
We had a party of seven for a six o’clock meal. And although there were a few other tables with couples, the kitchen seemed to struggle with overcooked and cold food. Not worth the outrageous prices.
