15 years ago my girlfriend and I went to Hottles on our first date but havent been back because it was sold and renovated and we couldnt make time to go Set up reservations for New Years Eve at 6:30. When we arrived at 10 after six we were told that our table would be ready in a few minutes. We sat at the bar from 610 to 7 oclock waiting for a table. When we were finally seated at 7:10 The waitress didnt bring us menus at first And then proceeded to tell us the specials. After that We waited another 10 minutes for bread . At this point in time I was very aggravated with the service and the way people handled the business. The only good thing was we didnt have to pay for our drinks. Needless to say that we didnt get to Experience the food but I could tell you the service and people working there are the worst. I recommended Burger King instead of This establishment. They should call it horrible not Hottles.
Yummay. One of the most persevering and best restaurants in downtown WB not to mention a great place for seafood…you are doing yourself a disservice if you don’t eat here! the oysters and crab cocktail, the lobster, any speciall (like the stone crabs claws…pricey but u will not find anything else like it around the area=) we like to sit in the booths by the bar and go in the later evening but also nice for a group at a table…GO HERE! it is SO NOT a chain. the landlubbers will find much to lub as well.

Best seafood. You can get in wilkes-barre. For real. Any type of seasonal crab or lobster is probably the best you will have in our area. Take your date there for a great meal!
