Stopped in for lunch was a little disappointed that the brisket is not served till 4pm but it is what it is.I ordered the smoked turkey plate with 2 sides it was delicious. I got the slaw and steamed broccoli to round out the meal.When it comes to chains it’s hard to put them down or say anything good. Lunch failure handled well.. I had gone for lunch today and was not my first time at Smoky Bones,I ordered a burger cooked rare and came put well done no flavor and a friend had the pasta with puff pastry on top which they burned and had to recook. It took for ever to be served but our waiter Mike was on point and brought the manager over (Nicole) and our whole bill was comped just the 2 meals and drinks. Great customr service I will dine here again and recommend Mike as a waiter seemed like it was the kitchen that needs a little Retraining. As for this location it semi to be in good hands.
The food was very good but the service was not. If you are not pressed for time then this is the place for you.
Burgers. A bit pricey but these cheese burgers are great, kids love chicken fingers, mash potatoes are good just need more gravy.
Consistence. I do like it here, but every time i go it seems to be a different experience. Some times it’s great, and sometimes it’s dirty, slow, and not very good. I don’t know what it is that causes this. The Memphis dry rub wings, ribs, fire roasted corn, and baked beans are my top picks. The brisket is OK, but it’s sometimes a little dry, it’s not my favorite. I order wings and ribs every time.
Carnival of goodness.. It’s as if we died and went to smoke house heaven. Only ever been to one place better. This place is terrific.
Good ribs, beans and fries. Great baked potato and broccoli. Pork, brisket and turkey. Not so good.
