I have eaten here monthly for the past 3 or 4 years. I ALWAYS LIKED THEIR FOOD. Tonight the MOST DISGUSTING THING HAPPENED! WHEN I GOT HOME THEY MADE A MISTAKE WITH MY ORDER. I ORDER BEEF LO MEIN COMBO. I GOT BROCOLI BEEF COMBO. NO BIG DEAL. THEY WANTED ME TO BRING IT BACK SO THEY COULD RESELL IT TO SOMEONE ELSE! ARE YOU KIDDING ME??? THEY DID DELIVER ME THE CORRECT ORDER & TOOK THE WRONG ORDER. HOW CHEAP CAN YOU GET SERIOUSLY? I MEAN THEY MADE A MISTAKE I WAS FINE WITH IT. GIVE ME MY CORRECT ORDER SOME OTHER TIME. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. THE MOTHER & FATHER ARE YELLING AT THE DAUGHTER THE ENTIRE TIME I AM ON THE PHONE WITH HER. TRULY SAD PEOPLE TO TREAT THEIR DAUGHTER LIKE THAT. I MEAN GET ON THE PHONE AND HANDLE THE SIMPLE MISTAKEN ORDER YOURSELVES. EHAT COWARDS SENDING THEIR CHILD TO DO THEIR DIRTY WORK. THEY SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF THEMSELVES. THEY MADE THE MISTAKE AND SHE HAD TO PAY FOR IT. IMAGINE SHE WORKS FOR FREE. POOR GIRL. I have to agree with Guy. It is really going downhill. ABSOLUTELY PATHETIC AND DISGUSTING REPORTING THEM TO HEALTH DEPARTMENT. WHOEVER GETS MY BROCCOLI BEEF COMBO I FEEL SORRY FOR YOU. GOING TO HUNAN EXPRESS FROM NOW ON!

First impression: A young girl about 12-13 years old working the front making change and handling credit cards with a terrible head/chest cold. Great! Strike One.Ordered wonton soup, egg roll and a Szechuan dish to go.Wonton soup: canned broth with not overcooked/hardened wontons. OKEgg roll: overwhelmed by grease. Strike TwoEntree: Again overwhelmed by grease, heat provided by that traditional Chinese Szechuan seasoning, dried pepper flakes, instead of real Szechuan peppers. Everything overcooked. Strike Three.
