We loved this little place! It had a ton of charm and history. The owner was really friendly and took a little time to share the history of the place with us. We ordered quite a bit off of the breakfast menu- eggs, really good hot sausage, chipped beef over potatoes, scrapple, but by far, the best was the baked oatmeal. It was so buttery and delicious! I still think of it and have tried to recreate it (imitation is the sincerest for of flattery)! So, if you go, do yourself a favor and have the baked oatmeal…at least as dessert!
Best breakfast in all of central PA. I absolutely love the people here and the atmosphere. Reminds me of my hometown diner in rural western PA. Such generous, kind owners. Pancakes and baked oatmeal are some of my favorites, and everything is cooked in front of you and super delicious. I love kuppys
