Best Coffee Shop in Erie. This is definitely my favorite coffee place in Erie. The drinks are good, the food is fresh and delicious, the prices are very reasonable, and all of the employees seem to be happy and friendly. If you’re looking for a place to kill an hour or two reading or talking with friends, look no further.
Cup Of Cozy…. What can I say? Our society…having been overrun by larger chains and mass-produced goods…needs a place like The Brick House. Not only does the staff put out some amazing cups of coffee, lattes, mochas, and other items, but they have so much else going for them. Those working there are always friendly and helpful. The atmosphere is wonderful! I love the option to sit outside at the tables on the large porch in warmer weather…or curl up inside with a book and a cup of coffee and just relaxing. If you think Starbucks is the place to be…think again. Try Brick House. You’ll be pleasantly surprised by this little Erie gem…and get nicely caffeinated in the process! (^_^)
I have been going to the Brick House since it opened over 5 years ago… I have always regarded it as one of the best coffee shops in Erie. It has a relaxing, and inviting atmosphere. It has the look and feel of the traditional coffee shop. I can whole-heartedly recommend it!
So Cute!. Brick House is just the cutest little coffee house! In a city commercialized to the Nth degree, it is refreshing to have finally found not only a quality cup of coffee, but also a space that is creative, eclectic, and relaxing all at once. I can’t wait to stop back again during my next trip to Erie.
A great place to study, visit with friends. My husband and I love coffee and our jobs. As such, we end up at BH at least once a week to treat ourselves to yummy drinks, free internet, and a nice atmosphere for working. We aren’t the only ones- I always see a couple of LECOM students hard at work whenever we drop by (especially early on Saturday and Sunday). Note: This coffee shop isn’t just for nerds: There are always people there enjoying their coffee and the newspaper and visiting with friends. Their coffee isn’t the best I have ever had (just a personal preference) but their lattes and mochas are terrific, as are their various pastries and other baked goods.

Relaxed And Friendly. Personally, I think this is one of the best places in Erie for a decent cup of coffee and nice place to enjoy it. The staff are relaxed and very friendly. Drinks are served in nice, big mugs which keep your drink hot longer. The coffee comes from a roaster in Seattle and can be purchased in 1lb. bags. The Americanos actually taste like they should and their daily/seasonal specials are always a nice surprise.If you’re looking for a comfortable coffee house to chat with a friend, this is it. Big enough to find your favorite spot, but small enough to feel private. You can sit outside in the summer too. And they even have a drive-thru!
