Our visit on June 5, 2014. I ordered a mushroom Swiss burger. My husband ordered a cheeseburger. This was undoubtedly one of the worst meals we have ever had. My sandwich was so wet and sloppy I could not hold it without the sandwich falling apart. The Swiss cheese was so runny and stringy I could not hold the sandwich together. I sent it back and the waitress agreed that something was wrong. I told her to give me a plain burger with ketchup. That was a mess too. My husbands sandwich according to him was lousy. Here is what I see is wrong. The sandwiches are extremely hot including the bun. The hamburg had ketchup smeared over the inside top and,that was heated with the sandwich. Why would you heat up the ketchup? The beef did not have a good taste, consequently, I didn’t eat it. I think the kids don’t know now to cook. If McDonald’s can crank out a good burger, why can’t they and DQ is more expensive. DQ used to have good meals but something is wrong at this location. I don’t want anything out of this as we won’t go back.
