Yeah but it was fun!. OK the fun thing about the HI & DRI is that people from all over come there because it’s right at PI and Waldameer. They get funky people like fishermen and bikers. People dance there and play pool all the time and it’s fun to hang out there. Is it a dump? Maybe, but it’s the best dump in town to have fun! Further, the grill is an old fabulous cast iron with character, and perhaps it depends on who cooks it but the hot pepper burgers ROCK!

Very unhappy about my experience. I was visting erie for the weekend. I was physically pushed out of the bar 2 (we were not the last people to leave) the bartender pushed my friend and I out of the bar and slammed my finger in the door during the process. My finger is bruised and still hurts the next day. I’ve called hi and dri twice and cannot get ahold of a manager. So if you feel like getting physically abused go ahead have a grand old time!
