Placed an order cheese and pepperoni pizza..pizza was amazing fresh hot and full of pepperoni…boneless wings were okay ..not nice size chunks could be more for ya money flavor was good and freshness was excellent!!
Great food, friendly workers. Every weekend at work we order from pizza petes. i have yet to be disappointed. their cheesey pizza is amazing! recommend this place over any chain!!!! awesome job!
Fast, Fresh, Friendly!. I started coming here for my pizza a few months ago ever since I saw the ad in valpak and I love it! I always order 2 large cheese and pepperoni pizzas (which is a special for $18, and that’s a nice price for getting non chain pizza). I’ve been there about 4 or 5 times so far and it’s been great every time. The pepperoni is the kind that cups and its mouth watering. Also, I love that you can actually see the workers toss out the dough, that way you know you’re getting a fresh one! I have actually had the same person wait on me every time I’ve been in, and she is absolutely fantastic! She knows who I am right when I walk in and gets plates and napkins for me automatically now because she knows I’m going to ask for some, so thank you Melissa! I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a delicious locally owned pizza place!
Soggy wings; poor Stack’s substitute. We ordered 40 wings for take-out; 10 each of 4 different varieties. #1) The wings were soggy. I suspect they were pressure cooked first with the sauce added after cooking just to flavor them. These wings were so mushy and soggy and the bones literally fell apart; like bones in over-boiled chicken soup. Sorry, but I don’t remember Stack’s wings ever tasting this bad! #2) When I placed the order, I was asked if we would like complimentary Ranch dressing. None of the boxes contained any Ranch when we got them home. #3) The order was not ready at the time specified…we had to wait 15 minutes until it was done. #4) The girl at the counter obviously expected a tip; which I gave grudgingly because I felt pressured – not because the food was ready, or good, nor the service wonderful. Also, I might add, this was a take-out order; not delivery or table service! One bright note though, we did order a sub (Italian combo) and that was delicious. However, not good enough to make me return to this pizza joint. There are enough other outstanding wings in Erie to make the Pizza Pete’s mistake again.
First I’d like to say I never write reviews. But this pizza was amazing I wanted to give Pete some props! Visiting Erie on vacation. This pizza blows away the other pizza we tried earlier in the week. Great sauce, crust, cheese.. Everything! Hot and timely delivery right to our hotel room. Cudos to you!
Found my new place!. I called and ordered this past Monday night 5/27/13. I was hesitant to order because I hadn’t heard anyone’s opinion of this place since it has only been open for a couple months. I am so happy I decided to take a chance on it! The young lady taking my order was very nice and helped me find exactly what I wanted (did not have a menu at the time). My pizza was ready in 15 minutes, which is the time I was told, and was very satisfied about how clean it was inside. The young woman working was extremely nice and professional and I was in and out in just a couple of minutes. Me and my family loved the pizzas and we can’t wait to try the subs! The service and food was great and we will definitely be back!
