Very quiet evening at v restaurant. Our bar drink order was incorrect- still tasty. Didn’t complain or send back because it took 15 minutes to get wrong. My steak was well done and I ordered it medium. Very chewy. Mushrooms on top were cold. Mac n cheese side was excellent. Better than grilled chicken which was tough. Wait staff was polite, prompt, and attentive throughout meal.

So me and my fam went out to eat at ruby Tuesday’s…first off the waitress was rude af…than I found a bug in my drink… I told her and she told me she would bring me another one i said no I don’t want another one nd I cancelled my order. She storm off super fast before my family could cancel theirs nd she brought some bisquits back …my family finally got a chance to say they didn’t want there order nd she said the manager would be over to speak with us…long story short the manager never came..we didn’t get an apology and as we walked out pass the manager nd workers they didn’t even look our way..the nastiest hospitality services I ever had..first nd last time there too..Smh
I was shocked when I visited Ruby Tuesday’s recently. The whole atmosphere, and menu had changed– for the better!!!! The place has had a face-lift and it is way better than it had been before. They give you cheddar bisquits now, and they have an awesome lunch portion of sirloin steak on the menu for around $8. The Mojitos are still one of my favorites in Erie. They make them perfectly with a sugar cane stick. The mashed potatoes are yummy, and the thai phoon shrimp appetizer is outstanding! I will try not to write this place off anymore, it has changed- for the better. The overall atmosphere is cleaner and friendlier!
I’m not sure about the previous post. We eat here a lot and the salad bar is always very fresh. Good food and the wait staff has always been friendly.
