For the past few months I’ve been picking up croissants from this place every Friday at noon, on my way home. Because they often were out by the time I got there, I had a permanent order to have them put aside for me. Weekend before last, I didn’t go to my morning class because I had guests coming in from out of town, and had to be home. I got a a terse phone call from them asking where I was. I explained that there was no way I could get there, could they please just put the croissants out for someone else to buy. Last Friday when I arrived to pick up my usual order, the woman behind the counter was really snotty to me, said they’d put the croissants in the freezer (what? you don’t freeze croissants, besides I said they could take them off hold). I was polite back and purchased them, but she ripped into me demanding I call them if I ever want any more. I said it was okay, I wouldn’t want any this week. Actually I won’t be going back. The only product of theirs that was any good were the croissants. Their pastries and cakes are tasteless and overly sweetened. If I were ever that rude to my customers when I had my own business, or when I worked for other people, customers would have left and never gone back, just as I will not being returning. Major customer service fail.

The food itself is sub-par to say the very best and combined with her very poor social skills made for a promised termination of all purchases from my family. Will never step foot in this place again.
