I made a call to Palermos pizza and it was a medium sized order, they said the wait would be 20-25 minutes after 45 minutes of waiting with no pizza I drove there to ask when my pizza would be ready. The lady at the register got very nasty and accused me of not paying. After showing her my receipt she said sorry I was distracted so then I asked when I could have my pizza and she said it would be another 15 minutes. Over all the pizza was not worth the hour wait.
There’s not a lot to choose from when you’re in Amish country in the middle of Pennsylvania, so always on the road to make a living affords me the opportunity to try just about anything. I consider myself a pizza connoisseur, and trust me I’ve had pizza from New York City Chicago Philadelphia Pittsburgh and more and I gotta tell you, I know great pizza. I’ve never been to Italy but I’m sure I’ve had some of the best in United States. now this is a local outfit and your Pizza I would rate on a scale of 1 to 10 I give it a solid 7 which is nothing to cry about because a 7 is still a very good pizza.

Great pizza not a huge fan of their hoagies
Best cheese on pizza I’ve ever eaten. We were in Amish country and expected to find only potatoes and noodles, but we were so pleasantly surprised with Palermo’s. It is the absolute best pizza I’ve ever eaten. The cheese (imported from Italy?) was the best cheese I’ve ever had on a slice of pie. The glass of red and a small salad with a slice of cheese pizza was wonderful.
Great Pizza and Subs. The staff is always very friendly!
Both the food and the service are excellent!
