Insomnia Cookies is always a great spot to grab a late night snack. This was the first location that I ate at, however it took a little more convincing to go back after that. Firstly, the line was rather long (it was late night) and I didn’t find much of a selection at all. I also think that the staff was a little overworked, but I really appreciated their effort and patience as I figured out what I wanted. At the end of the day, I had a cookies and ice cream sundae. It was good, the cookie the most important part. However it was really pricey for what I got. I suppose that if I wanted an actual sundae, I was better off making it at home or getting it elsewhere. I learned my lesson and now stick to just cookies.
