Petes is the worst pizza store in Wynnefield. I have given them many chances. Whenever I order either something is missing, or they put what ever the so called cook wants on it. I always clarify what I want because of past experiences, but it doesnt matter. The women and I use that term loosely, are very rude when answering the phone and often are rushing you through the order so there is no way your food could be correct. And the quality of the food sucks. Petes you need to do better.
They guarantee that it will be delivered in under 30 minutes or the will refund u 50% off the bill. When the delivery driver showed up 5 minutes late I called to get my refund. They said they couldn’t honor it because the roads were wet! It’s 60 degrees out and it’s a slight mist outside, but they called that inclement weather so they refused to honor their guarantee. They obviously don’t know the definition of inclement, luckily the dictionary does: : lacking mildness : severe in temper or action : unmerciful : physically severe : stormy . Thanks for proving that society’s doomed for stupidity to rule.
