Awful. Had a bad experience here last night. The website said music from 10-2 but the band only played from 10:30-12. We were not previously informed of this at the door and we payed $10 at the door foe this entertainment. This was completely unacceptable. When I brought my feelings to the attention of management i was told there was nothing they could do. I asked for a $5 refund and was offered a round of drinks instead. I accepted the round but the manger neglected to give me my drink (i feel out of spite). Also as we were leaving, the bartender decided to fling change at us from the bar. I’m completely disappointed and can’t believe the undeserved lack of respect received.
Dirty glasses, Awful Service. I decided to go out for a show at the Jazz Cafe on Saturday night because Sister Sparrow was playing. Seen them before. Great band. Haven’t been to the cafe in at least 5 years. Man this place was gross. Weed being smoked outside all over. I ordered a beer after waiting for a pretty long time even though both bartenders looked at me over and over and took people that obviously got there for a drink after I did. Guessing these were their friends since I didn’t see much money exchange hands for the drinks. Finally get a beer and my glass was filthy. I’m talkin covered in greasy finger prints. And still left a tip to the rude bartender giving me dirty looks. Get another beer after waiting even longer and tell the bartender about it. Get charged for the new beer AND get it given to me in a plastic cup! What a load. This place is a joke. The bathroom looked like it’s never been cleaned. Staff looked like it’s never been trained. Glad a buddy of mine had his flask cause that’s what I drank out of the rest of the night. Never again. Warning you people!
