HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE. Don’t even give this place a chance. We went July 4th and waitress kept telling us they weren’t expecting any business. It took more than an hour to get our food from the time we ordered. They ran out of baked potatoes and sweet potatoes (how can a steakhouse run out of potatoes?). They offer free refills on soda/ice tea, but we couldn’t get the waitress to pay attention to us enough for us to ask for refills. It was so hot in the restaurant. Since they weren’t expecting a crowd, they didn’t even have the A/C on when we arrived and it was an 85+ degree day! Other reviews say this is an ok place, but if this is the standard for the Poconos, then I’m leaving today, never to return!
I was very disappointed. I ordered fried chicken and it was still frozen in the center. When I brought it to their attention, it was put in a microwave to cook and realized it was only grocery store frozen chicken. When I go out to eat at restaurant prices, I expect more than what I can throw in the microwave at home. I would never go back!
Cheap and if you sit in the bar section good steak special!
