Great food but horrible service!! Won’t be eating here ever again. I ordered from them weekly and it always took over an hour and a half to deliver, when I was told 25 mins on the phone. I live 5 mins up the road! The last time, after 2.5 hours it still hadn’t been delivered I canceled my order and the next day was told I had to pay for it after they let me cancel it!! The manager refused to speak to me about it! Terrible.
Food ok, service sucks!. Did a take out order & the food is fine( have got from them before however not again) our order was totally messed up, when we called they wanted us go bring the food in to them and then they would replace it. Why do I have to be the one to have to bring a wrong order in!?!?!? This review was not based on one order either we have had 4-5 delivery orders messed up & if you call don’t expect to get a correct order or credit like from other places. This will be the last time we will ever get from adrians .
