Shamelessly Inauthentic, Terrible Tasting and Expensive. The title says it all. Completely shocked by the number of hysterically positive reviews for this ugly dive by the side of the road. Before you dismiss me as an ignorant hater, or the disgruntled owner of the Happy Panda Dumpling Emporium next door; I have dined in Chinese Restaurants (sublime and putrid) all over the world, including yes, China, Europe and Canada (Toronto and Vancouver). My wife, my young son and I frequent Chinatowns in Phillie and NYC, and I also happen to make a damn good stir-fry with my old-school steel wok. Went to this place on the lukewarm recommendations from authentically Chinese friends who happened to be from China. Firstly, the restaurant is dark and nasty; like a roadhouse flopped on the side of Susquehanna. Once inside, I was greeted by a huge Chinese woman who spoke perfect english. Expected to pay about $40 for 2 appetizer and 2 entrees, but instead was charged over $70. Took the rather small portions home to share with my small but hungry family, and 2 universal truths revealed themselves like a broken fortune cookie: 1. the food was greasy and god Awful. My wife wouldn’t take a second bite, so we ended up throwing most of it out. 2. the chef may have excelled at unlocking cell phones or hand-folding paper swans in his past life, but he definitely didn’t cook for a living. To put it politely, the amount of creative liberties he took with even the most basic Chinese Classics was eyeopening. I’m willing to bet American money this guy has NEVER received professional training as a Chinese Chef…that or he suffers from severe visual impairment or occasional bouts of insanity. I will NEVER eat at Asia again. I still go into partial convulsions thinking about the Shanghai Meatballs made with chopped Spam, swimming in a plastic pool filled with gelatinous brown sauce. Save your money and taste buds and make the trip to NYC or Phillie. This is a shortcut not worth taking.

Great food. Ya know an asian restaurant is good when is packed with asians eating there! Plus they serve a side of sirachi hot sauce on the table and that stuff rules all! Food is legit and each item has a short written story about why they are offering it. Truly thr best asian food in this dumpy valley!

Can’t be beat!!. Asia has the best food in the Lehigh Valley. Everything is delicious, from their egg drop soup (not salty as most establishments make theirs) to their lettuce cups (very refreshing) down to the duck sauce (very unique). I love this place and they have such a diverse menu you can get something different every time you go and not run out of things to try. It’s BYOB, which keeps the price down. Bring a nice bottle of wine and enjoy!!

All good experiences. This is the place I go to for chinese close to Bethlehem. They have all the typical fare, but also some cool delicious options like the curry beef triangles and the chicken lettuce cups.

Delicious! The best I’ve had in or out of the valley. Great prices and service too. Excellent veg options too!

Awesome selection of Chef’s specialities and authentic Asian food. Voted one of the top 100 Chinese restaurants in the US!

Amazing. The food is out of this world. I had the Thai Curry Chicken and it was outstanding. Spicy and loaded with flavor.
