Quaint, small restaurant located in a neighborhood. Someone did an amazing job painting murals on the walls inside creating an apropos interior. And they even had crisp, clean REAL white napkins! All the staff were friendly, helpful and johnny on the spot with service. It was a quiet lunch hour when we were there with only a handful of tables taken. We could easily hear the conversations of our fellow diners which, I might add, was pretty entertaining. I suppose it could be quite noisy if it were full. I can see that there could be a wait on busy nights based on the small number of tables. There is no alcohol served, but I see from a previous commenter that it is BYOB. We ordered a pizza and expected to wait a while but the pizza arrived within 15-20 minutes hot and fresh. And delicious! The crust was perfect with a light red sauce and a healthy amount of toppings. Being a cheese fanatic, a little extra cheese would have been appreciated. Speaking of cheese, the grated cheese on the table is the best tasting we’ve ever had it actually was real cheese. Fantastic! If we lived in the area, we would definitely return to sample some of the Italian meals.
Great food, great people!. The food here is always great. Large portions at reasonable prices. The manicotti is to die for – just like my Mom used to make. Toni & Darryl are wonderful people, and the wait staff is warm and friendly. The restaurant is cozy and comfortable, and they never rush you through your meal. This has become a favorite Friday night dinner choice. Friday and Saturday nights you need to make a reservation.
We have changed the way we make our veggie pizza! It is no longer soggy in the middle. Thank you for your comments.
Heaven in Greenridge. A Little Pizza Heaven has to be my favorite Italian place in the greater Scranton area. It is cozy with maybe 30 seats (i didnt count). Not only do you get a LOT of food for your money but the dishes are fantastic and authentic. Its the type of place you can bring your family, have a business lunch or take an evening date. I almost always end up leaving with the doggie bag. They keep the menu interesting. If you are someone who lives to eat, then take a bottle of wine down and order up.
Ok but not consistant each visit location leaves a lot to be desired.. The center of the pizza was wet!
This is one of my favorite restaurants. The food is delicious and reasonably priced. Also, the portions are large. Finally, the owner and waitresses are very welcoming.
