Eggplant Parm Pizza. Ordered delivery for lunch yesterday. I got the eggplant parm pizza and my husband who is not an eggplant fan was skeptical. 20 minutes later the pizza is entirely gone and he admitted that it was really good. He wanted to take the menu home so I’m pretty sure we’ll be ordering from here again.The pizza had ricotta cheese, marinara, regular cheese, and eggplant. I am an eggplant enthusiast so I really loved this.
