Lunch Specia. I got lunch specia (meatlof on Taxes Toast) 2/23/2012. I was shocked the sandwich is $9.95 plus tax. Two thin slices of meadt loaf on bread with some onion and cheese. the Texas Toast was not Toast, but nothing more than saggie bread. No napkins or sliverware, cookes on line have no glovesto handle food. very bad experience. Overprice SandwichI would got a better snadwich in NY for less money.
Well-appointed inside dining with outside seating available. However, the outside seating is for carry out with no waiter service available. I ordered the grilled chicken wrap. While the chicken was seasoned well, the wrap lacked a cohesiveness. It would have been much improved by a drizzle of balsamic vinaigrette. My girlfriend’s chicken Caesar wrap was decent but ordinary. Overall, I believe ordinary is the best way to describe this place. I wasn’t impressed with the food at all. I believe Scranton offers many other eateries that offer more flavorful food for comparable prices.
