Cat fight between managers. STAY AWAY. My buddy & I ate at Goodfellas for lunch last week. The two brunette managers put on a show for everyone. Calling each other curse words and screaming how one is more jealous of the other. WOW. Not desecrate in the least bit. Unprofessional is an understatement. That place is going downhill fast.
My husband and I stopped into Goodfellas after visiting a family friend at one of the hospitals in that area. It was around dinner time and we wanted to eat before getting back on the road for our commute home. The food was very very good. We had the lamb gyro and cheese fries. It wasn’t until some young lady came and sat on the bar a few seats down from us, until our visit went downhill. She didn’t sit at the bar, she sat ON the bar and had a conversation with other customers, whom I’m assuming were friends. I was very taken back and by the look on mine and my husbands faces, we caught the eye of the bartender. I asked if she was going to ask her to get down for many many reasons, most importantly being sanitation as she was wearing shorts sitting indian style where myself and others eat their food. She told us that woman was the manager and she couldn’t do much. Appalled that someone who runs a business portrays herself this way, we were very quickly on our way out after this. We will not be returning.
Good food – LOTS to choose from. You’ll be surprised at some of the really good food this place has.. pierogies, gyros, REALLY good burgers. Def not just a pizza place. Everything we;ve ever ordered has been surprisingly good and you can’t beat they’re delivery time. When every place else is telling you an hour/ or an hour and a half… call goodfellas! They’ll be there in under a half hour. I usually get delivery but i have gone in a few times to eat and the service has been great, place is super clean and the atmosphere is fun (sports bar).
Goodfellas is a great spot to hang out. The short girl who works Saturdays always treats me like family. I enjoy the company/staff and the vibe there and it’s ddefinitely one of my new favorite spots.
My favorite place to eat !! anytime of the day !!. My first thought when I ordered goodfellas for the first time was that it was going to be just a place for me to eat when I’m drunk or desperate.. but actually it has become the only place I order from (which is like 3 times a week) when I’m ordering out. my kids always go for the perogies. they cant get enough of them my girl goes for the pizza and me I mix it up.the new York griller meals are just unreal( I can literally drink the sauce ) .I take my steak and cheese toasted . and I always wash my meal down with a side of boneless tai chili wings (sweet and spicy flavors put together just right).the girls at the counter always great me by my first name (they actually feel like my extended family) . so don’t always believe what you here on these stupid review pages just try it for yourselves and u will be satisfied I guarantee it !!!
Terrible customer service. The get your order wrong often. If you say something to them they will actually argue with you that they got it right and it’s your fault. No customer service skills, lack of management and no resolutions offered when they’ve made an order error of charged you incorrectly. I’ve had this happen enough times now that I will stop going there. I tried to find contact info to let the owner know what was going on, as calls to them creates hostility with the person answering the phone, no contact info for the owner.
Good daily beer prices and oven baked subs.
