I was there on a Friday evening, the girl behind the bar hardly looked legal, guess you have to be 18 to serve alcohol. She had an attitude of a 50-year-old, maybe that makes it up! She sits on the cooler with her dirty shoes with her phone and so involved in texting rather than taking care of her customers. I saw her going to the filthy bathroom wearing the same shoes. I casually enquired who is the manager without letting her know I want to complain about how long it takes to get a drink. She goes I am, guess she is not serious! I am glad, Scranton has many other places to go!
I ordered here for home delivery and the food came fast and hot , the person on the phone was very polite and helpful , I ordered a specialty pizza and wings both were delicious. I would recommend to anyone especially if like late night deliveries.
Worst customer service ever! I even had the manager hang up on me when I asked why my card was charged extra for someone giving themselves a tip! The food is good, but three times now I had delivery drivers & even a cashier at the pizza place give themselves an additional tip on the receipt without my permission! Sorry, but the pizza is not that good to get money stolen off of me!
