Overrated. People really seem to love Kelly’s but I really don’t understand why. Their wings vary from soggy to dry, and the service has always been on the slow to average side, but nothing to redeem their wings. There are other amazing wing places in the area, so go to Zaleski’s or Gavin’s.
Overrated. Kelly’s wings are dry, hardly any sauce. Plenty of better wings around…..pretty much any corner bar in Scranton will have better wings than Kelly’s.

Wings and Volcano friesss… Yummy. I could eat just the wing sauce with bread. Great crispy Wings and the volcano fries are different and very good. Didnt care for the pizza. Very friendly atmosphere and nice place to hang with friends.
A bit disappointed.. The atmosphere and service was as expected. Nothing was offensive, and nothing put me off, however I heard so much about the wings, I was just hoping they were better. It’s hard to live up to so much hype!
Great crowd. Always entertaining at the bar. Best wings and sandwiches. Owners are all very nice.
