Customer service is terrible from the mangers all the way up to the owners. I had an issue while there, I brought it up to the manager and she basically dismissed it. After paying the bill and leaving, I thought the might want to know, so I called. He too was rude and ignorant, to the point if calling me names and using expletives. I was just trying to bring an issue to their attention to maybe help them in the future and all I got degraded and chastised. Please heed my warning on this restaurant
The pizza is pretty good as far as Old Forge style goes, but the main attraction is the cheesesteaks. The rolls are always fresh-baked, and you can get pretty much any combination of toppings you can imagine. I’ve been there tons of times and have never been disappointed. Also, BUFFALO MOZZARELLA STICKS. Hot damn.

If you get the Chicago style pizza you better be hungry. After one slice you are full. I got the sausage and pepper pizza for take out lunch today. It was delicious and filling. A bit pricey the pizza was about $16, however, i could of spent 12 or 13 for one not as good.
