I went to breakfast at Simon’s with my father, who happens to be the biggest breaskfast buff I know as well as a seasoned expert in the restaurant industry. Our breaskfast was delicious, it was a quaint atmosphere, and my father couldn’t help but mention time and time again what a sweetheart our waitress was. It appears to be family owned and operated with many returning customers who also seem to share our thoughts on the great breaksfast and service!
