Favorite for Birthdays. I absolutely love going to Thai Rak Thai when I have a bit of extra money to spare. They recently repainted, and it looks great inside. The staff is SO friendly and loves to help with food-decisions. Helen even remembers my name and order. I love their Thai Iced Tea (the coffee one is good too), and I can’t pash up an order of either the chicken satay or the spring rolls. The Pra Ram (peanut chicken) with coconut rice is my absolute favorite, and their drunken noodles and panang curry is also top-notch. For dessert, they have honey bananas and fried ice cream. Best part? The sing and dance and turn out the lights for birthdays. I LOVE IT.

Horrible service. I’ve eaten here before and thought the food was decent (though not as good as Thai thai). But tonight was intolerable. I sat for 20 minutes waiting to place even a drink order. And the place was only half full. Will never go back
Pre-Philharmonic Dinner. Yummy is the word. Loved me some Mee Grob and Nam Sod that was spicy Hot – had to slurp down 3 Diet Cokes, but it was worth it. My date had a wonderful Red Curry w/ chicken that was delieghtful. Could have drank the curry as a soup it was so tasty.
