I was not impressed with the Bagel Factory. The space in itself is not that inviting. Although the options available are more than many, I thought the bagels were a little dry and hard to bite. I was instantly attracted to the wildberries and ordered it with cinnamon flavoured cream cheese. The best part about it was the cream cheese itself. Also tasted the same with peanut butter and my opinion stands. Sorry to say that are way better bagels out there

The owner told my boyfriend that he had no idea what was in the kitchen but still tried him to spend more money. We will never come here again
Don’t subject yourself to this. It’s a sad state of affairs when this is the best bagel you can get in town.I only go here out of convenience when I’ve run out of all other options, somehow convincing myself that this time will be different. My hopes quickly turn to resignation when I’m ignored by the woman behind the counter for minutes, watch her get my order wrong and barely toast the bagel, then wait another few minutes at the register until David the owner gets off the phone. Every single time I go through some variation of this routine, which always ends with self loathing and a promise never to go back.Their cinnamon logs are pretty good, though.
This place is do over priced it is a crime. Went in got two small coffees, a cinnamon roll and two heart cookies and it came to $14.94. When questioned about the cost the owner who acts likes a jerk said the cookies are hand iced. Big deal. I have been in there several times and the ladies are nice but the owner is a jerk not only to the customers but to his employees. I. can say I will never be back. Surprised he is still in business.
Owner is a total jerk. Needs to close05 Jun, 2013The owner is rude! Ordered two regular cokes and he said here is your tower of sugar! They were diet. He argued that they were not. Finally he gave us two different sodas and said the straws were on the left. The exercise would do us good. Neither of us are remotely close to being fat!!! Very very ignorant and rude !!!!!!
Awful. They come in as a vendor every other week at my work for lunch and breakfast. I waited nearly 20 minutes in line at work to get just a cheeseburger and potato salad. I never wait that long when the other vendor is here. Then to make things worse, it was $7.50 without a drink. For that much money I can at least get a drink with my food at McDonalds. Then the other day the woman couldn’t read the numbers on my debit card and took it upon herself to read them out loud in front of everyone. They need to invest in a portable credit card machine. I will not be getting food from this vendor anymore.
