Favorite restaurant. Cafe Zinho is my favorite restaurant in Pittsburgh. I am seldom disappointed. Even though the menu does not change very often, there are always specials, and I tend to get one of them. Last night they had a fish special and also a rabbit cassoulet, which I ordered. It was delicious. The head chef and owner, Tony Pais, is excellent. He will always do whatever you would like to make your experience more enjoyable. It is BYOB.
