This place had some of the most distinct flavours of ice creams that I’ve tried. It had a lavender falvoured ice cream which I found really nice with a great subtle taste coming in from the lavender. Their waffles are amazing too.. They have some flavours like salted caramel as well which again seemed new and fascinating to me … Definitely worth trying if you’re in and around the Shadysife neighbourhood..

This place is so cute! You can tell this ice cream is home made. The selection is small but they do have some unique flavor a long with some of the staples. I ordered the lavender ice cream and it even had little lavender petals in it. The entire set up is very cute with pink walls and a little doggy water bowl so you can bring in Fido. All in all this is a yummy little ice cream joint!

This place is always crowded you can spot the queue from half a mile away sometimes. If you happen to pass by the street you’ll smell those fresh waffles. And that’s a ‘enough said’ moment. 1)Ambience – nothing great, but what comes next makes up for everything. A couple of tables layed out makes a perfect place to sit down with friends and have ice cream. 2)Menu- So the lavender here is a must try, something not available everywhere. The blueberry is pretty good too. I went in for the Chad’s vanilla and chocolate. They were both amazing, weren’t the best I have had, awesome nonetheless. The waffle was by far the best i have had, hands-down. The smell the texture and flavour just perfect. You can either have it crushed on your ice cream cup or the waffle cone. 3)Price – Not too expensive will cost you about 5 for two scoops and absolutely worth it. Must try.

Best ice cream I’ve ever had. The salted caramel and the Venetian coffee are to die for! And the waffle cones omg. Definitely worth it, and they hide a marshmallow in the bottom of the cone so it won’t leak!

This place was awesome. The cones are homemade and they taste really fresh. The flavors taste like real ice cream and not processed. The prices are high but worth it for the quality if you love ice cream.

Nice little shop in S. Highland. MHIC is a fun place for some interesting creative flavors, they call it artisan ice cream and all natural. I just call it good with some creative flavors. The flavors change as the seasons change depending on what interesting and local fresh ingredients are available. Check the website for flavors that are available. The sweet ricotta with pistachio was perfect evening delight.Nice texture to the ice cream, great flavor. The waffle come was so good, not like most places that the cones are overly crisp and overcooked and fragile. They even cary lactaid pills for those that need them to eat the ice cream.
