Food was so delicious and fresh!! Took me forever to decide what I wanted to order because everything looked so good on the menu!! Great atmosphere and family friendly!
Much Needed Night out!. Just went out with my wife and another couple…stopped at Shady Grove for some drinks. Drinks were not bad, but a little pricey. Overall not at bad place, but the apps were mediocre and a tad plain. This is def a good place to grab a quick drink but if you want a good meal I would say The Yard Gastropub’s food is better. I will be back though!

Good food, so-so service. This place has THE BEST pizza, it’s delicious. I’ve had just about every kind and they are all very good, you really can’t go wrong. The con is that their service can be spotty. Some are good, some are not so good. There is particularly one bartender who I swear ignores you until it’s no longer plausibly deniable that he doesn’t see you, unless you’re a college aged, size two woman. Those people he seems to see fine.I usually get their pizza to go. It can be a fun hangout spot when they have drink specials, but sometimes it’s not worth it to risk the crappy service. Shame, they really do have good food and in a prime location too.
Love their sweet potato tots. I also enjoy their large salads and tomato soup with grilled cheese. Whine Wednesday is great but go early as it get packed. Artichoke and spinach dip is packed with tons of artichoke and is great! Love this place.17 Dec, 2012I love the sweet potato tator tots and the Waldorf salad. Half of wine night on Wednesday and champagne Thursday are great deals. Love this place.
Ya gotta go there to believe how great this place is. Wonderful gourmet pizzas for one or more people. Discriminating menu. Nice atmosphere. A bar with outdoor tables in a site where people do not get wild and rude. A safe place for anyone. Great choices of both food and drinks. Relax and watch a game, or chat with the friendly patrons and staff. Busy, but not too busy to make your eating or drinking experience pleasant. Parking in Shadyside is not easy — this place and the neighborhood are both worth the effort. Ya gotta go there!
