I’ve been to this location many times but last night will be my LAST. I was so looking forward to celebrating my birthday with my friends but could not have been more disappointed in EVERYTHING. I understand it was a Friday night after 8pm (I did reserve a table in advance) but I’ve gone when it was Jam on Walnut and had better and faster service. Our waitress was miserable. Forgot silverware, napkins (we had to ask 2 other servers before we got those), refills, she sat behind the bar texting (all 7 of us saw her there) and the very few of us that got to go boxes she slammed those on the table with attitude. We waited over 2 hours for food which came out cold anyway or orders were wrong and to top it off, a part of the roof/awning (since we were on the upstairs deck) leaked on my guests all night. It took quite some time for the manager to come out & she made some adjustments to our bills but I will NEVER be back. I RAVED about this place to 5 out of my 7 guests who had never been there and we all left extremely disappointed. Absolutely horrible way to celebrate my birthday considering almost all of us didn’t even eat!

The place is nice for friends hang-out, but the food just meets the average. Had their breakfast enchilada on brunch menu, the tortilla is dry and bacon is over cooked, hard and dry. But their potato fries is not bad.
