  Horrible experience. Such a shame because it used to be great but has really gone down hill. Will not be back. Service was beyond bad, wait time for even an appetizer was disgraceful, never actually got our food because it was never made.

  Excellent Miso soup Gyoza was a good appetizer Sushi specialty Tri Color was fresh and very tasty. I would ask for sauce on the side next time though. What’s great about this place is that everything is literally made fresh in front of you. Genuine Japanese taste and feel to the place. Great care taken by the sushi chef who seems to enjoy his job and puts an effort to any order made. Hands down best sushi place for the price in Pittsburgh to date.

  Sushi Too $$$$$. Nothing about the food at Sushi Too was special. Not typical Japanese food. More wannabe Japanese Chinese style. If you are looking for something authentic or good, go somewhere else. DO NOT RESERVE A ROOM FOR A PARTY UPSTAIRS. We did that and our waitress told us if we needed service go down stairs and track them down if we needed them. So dont expect any service for the high prices you pay. The lowered tables and legless chairs upstairs, looked kinda cool and fun initially, but not comfortable at all. DO NOT BYOB. $15 corking charge which they tell you about when you get the bill. Also DO NOT GO THERE WITH A LARGE PARTY. 20% automatic mandatory tip for large parties which you also find out about when you get your bill. Hefty tip to pay for very little service along with subpar food. Nice Location on Walnut, but AVOID if you dont like overpaying for poor service and food. They more interested in emptying your wallet than serving you good food.
