Don’t call here unless you speak mandarin. The lady who took our order over the phone was incapable of speaking English. After a 10 minute phone call in which she was unable to comprehend our address, phone number, or order, she finally seemed to have everything situated. After a 1.5 hour wait, we called back and were informed coldly that our order was cancelled because they didn’t know where our house was. GOOGLE IT, you run a food delivery business!
NEVER ORDER FROM TASTY CHINESE. Tasty Chinese runs a despicable business. After placing an order using my credit card as payment, they refused to deliver my food because I did not add gratuity to my total bill. I always give a cash tip because, as a former deliverer, I appreciated cash as opposed to credit not to mention I can provide an accurate amount based on the quality of service. After arguing with Tasty Chinese, not only did they refuse to cancel my order but also refused to deliver. I never received the food that I had paid for and now I am stuck filing a dispute through my credit card provider. This is way too much hassle for bad chinese food.
No thanks. Some of my favorite restaurants are a bit rough around the edges, but tasty chinese was just too much. when we walked in on a saturday night the place was empty and the hostess was asleep at a table. we looked around at the dirty floor and complete lack of orders being cooked and immediately turned around. the hostess didn’t speak to us, but put her head right back on the table as we left. so even though i didn’t actually eat tasty chinese, from that small experience, i don’t plan on trying it any time soon.
