I’ve eaten here three times and I guess I’m insane because the definition of insanity is doing the same thing and expecting a different result. The service is terrible and the servers are rude and disinterested as stated in other reviews but tonight they took it a step further and didn’t even take my order. I came in to place a to-go order and while I waited at the bar two other people got their orders taken and food served. As I write this I’m still waiting. If I didn’t get a gift card to this place I would never eat here. Save yourself the trouble go to Garfield’s or Applebee’s and get quick friendly service not people who look like they’d cut you before they would take an order.
The steak is cooked well and overall the food was pretty good. Far to over priced. My wife got surf and turf for like 30 bucks and I have seen jumbo shrimp as big as that lobster tail. I felt that was kinda crappy. The place was over crowded as well. Our server had a difficult time even getting to our table. I liked it over all but the next time I want a good steak I’m heading the the butcher. 3 out of 5.
Not A Great Value. I appreciate a properly cooked steak, but the service here was disinterested and disengaged. Our server was surprised after the meal to find out we never received our salad, drinks were never refilled and the steak was bland. For about $30, it just wasn’t worth it.
