Vegan Tree is very delicious for someone who is carnivore eater. I was hesitant to go because my experience eating vegan food. I ordered Eggplant and tofu burger, to my surprise it was very delicious and filling. He cooked it fresh as it took quite awhile to complete my friend and I orders. Definitely would recommend to anyone who carnivore eater like me and I will surely go there again to try other menu on the list.
Vegan Tree is a quaint restaurant spot catering to vegans and vegetarians alike. The atmosphere is quite cute with its colorful decor, pictures and reviews of fans hanging along the wall with other vegan promotional items. The menu options are strictly vegan, and there’s quite a few to choose from. They serve pan-Asian and American cuisine with a twist, and the prices are extremely reasonable, especially for the portion sizes. They have four lunch specials (2 dishes and a drink-bubble tea/tea/soda) for only $10. Their dinner specials are $14 and up. My friend and I went to try out the restaurant recently, and overall we found the experience positive. Our only complaint was that the restaurant was largely understaffed and underworked, making the service extremely slow. The food was worth the wait though. To start, we had a summer roll (fried tofu, vegan ham, and veggies wrapped in lettuce with peanut sauce) and lightly sliced, sauteed vegan nuggets, and steamed broccoli. These were not bad, but the next part of the meal was absolutely scrumptious. The summer quinoa salad was delicious, the quinoa placed over a delectable set of greens, covered with vegan nugget slices and cashew dressing. The chow mein was made of spinach and squash noodles, which was then cooked with cauliflower and broccoli. While we were eating, we sipped on fresh jasmine tea and taro bubble tea, both of them outstanding. To end our meal, we had a flax seed cake that was filled with fig. The food was extremely filling and tasty-even though it was all vegan. I will definitely be back to try more dishes in the near future.
Oh my vegan, oh my vegan, oh my GOD! Talk about some tastes and talk about some good stuff to eat. If you know what I’m talking about shout it from the mountain top because… That’s right I’m talking about vegan tree baby. Oh frikin yeah. Put that in your milk
Great Food and awesome attentive service. I chose to eat here out of all of the other vegan restaurants because of the wide variety offered on their menu. Awesome for the traveler to get a local feel and great for the local to get healthy delicious fare!
Loving Hut is now called Vegan Tree! Same great food! <3
