Raw chicken. I work across the street and have gotten lunch from Apsara afew times and dinner once. On two separate occasions my chicken has been raw (pink). The restaurant is always empty, and has subpar thai rice dishes, you would do better to try Thai Me Up or Thai on Carson, and you wont get salmonella poisoning.
Best Thai in South Side. This is my go-to place on the South Side. Everyone I bring here becomes an instant fan! Their coconut lemongrass soup is the best ever, and I love the Pad Thai Fusion. Never had anything that wasn’t delicious, and the restaurant is immaculate.
