Went the and they were out of chicken sandwiches… ALL chicken sandwiches, no chicken Parmesan, no original chicken, no chicken nuggets, no rib sandwiches, no onion rings, no ice cream, no shakes, no king burgers, all the had was the small burger patties! Oh! No coke either! Come on! And they refused to take any Burger King coupons!!! Dirty disgusting, rude dirty employees, I left went to DQ up the street 7 blocks!

You would think you were in the ghetto.. I’ve lived in the south side for years and this BK has always been consistent. Consistently BAD that is. If it’s not snail-paced service it’s rude staff that seem to be more interested in yelling at each other than processing my order, to filthy facilities, to BEING SERVED MY FOOD IN A PLAIN PAPER BAG, MY BURGER WRAPPED IN BUTCHERS PAPER, A STYROFOAM CUP FOR MY SODA, AND A DIXIE CUP FOR MY FRIES. You would think I’m exaggerating, but I went back today after several weeks and they were STILL serving their food this way. Today’s adventure also included them suddenly deciding they no longer want to accept official BK coupons that locals are receiving in the mail with their Penny Savers. This location needs shut down and restaffed from the lowliest of fry cooks right up to the general manager, it’s that ridiculous.
Omg…plain and simple, just stay away. Worst quickie burger ever.
Ghetto King. Two customers started arguing and one pulled a knife the last time I ate here! I’m not joking.
Why go here?. If you’re in the southside why would you go to a crappy big box fast food chain? Get real people. Fatheads is a block away and 21352958295 times better.
Terrible Service/Extremely Slow/Comparable to Torture. If you would go and sit down at a gourmet restaurant, while at the same time someone goes into the drive thru at this BK, you’re likely to be done eating and home before the BK person gets their meal. The drive thru takes forever, but that is hardly what makes this Burger King so terrible. I’ve been there at least 10 times and I would say roughly 8 out of 10 my order was completely wrong. They will charge you for your entire order and then leave out 2-3 items EVERY time. Make sure you stay and check your order at the window or else you’re screwed because no one wants to come back and wait an hour again in the drive thru. Overall this is terrible and the employees smell like old cheese and ketchup. Not to mention I wouldnt even think about going inside without a gas mask. I don’t plan on going again but every once in awhile you get that craving for terrible and unhealthy fast food. Enjoy!
