Candace. Horrible……this is the abolute worst customer service i have experienced in all my life…. i ordered a pizza it was made wrong, when i called back to tell them about it the were rude,and told me that they couldnt bring me what i called and asked for because trafficat rush hour was bad… so i settled for a credit and when i called to redeem it anna told me that i had to purchase 10 more dollars worth of food to havve it delivered .. i had it delivered the last time and you got it wrong. she would not let me speak with her manager and apparently doesnt know when he will be back again … i should not be paying for their mistakes.
They have great food, great service, their hours are not always favorable and they could do good to deliver. It is worth going to get it though. Food is tasty and I never thought any area pizza place could keep from pizza dominos.Gennaros has.
VERY Disappointed. I ordered a Chicago style deep dish pizza online around 2:20pm for pickup at 3:45pm. When I picked up the pizza, not only did they not know what to do with an online order, the pizza was ice cold, like they had made it at 2:20 and let it sit until I picked it up at 3:45. And Chicago style?? Yeah right!! It was basically a thick HARD crust with a layer of cold hard cheese and a large can of chopped tomatoes thrown on top. AWFUL. We are huge pizza lovers and could barely eat one slice. Will never order from there again.
Below average in every way. Waited for several minutes for someone to come to the counter. Was told slices were ready, but I didn’t get my order for 5 minutes. Pizza tasted like it had been sitting around. Greasy, chewy, boring, tasteless. Pop was flat. I won’t ever come here again.
Great chicago style. Get the chicago style deep dish. I’m not a plain pizza person, but this one is great plain. I hope you like tomatoes.
Best pizza. I ordered the small Hawaiian pizza with the thickest crust they had and chicken salad. It was delicious. I ate the whole thing by myself. The only critique I have is that there was not much sauce on pizza and I wasn’t sure if I would have wanted more sauce, because it was not thick or tomatoey…but it was still really tasty!!!! The dough is soft and crunchy, and the cheese is gooey. Salad is bomb……comes with fries on it…..good stuff….would order again….
Pretty Awful. Not inclined to write a bad review of pizza, but had a hard time with this. couldn’t finish my slice. Cheese and crust were tough and chewy. Sad day.
