We called around five pm on a Saturday and made a reservation for 730 pm that night for four people. We arrived at 725 pm and they had no record of our table. They said we could have a table in about 15 to 20 minutes and they would call me when it was ready. We went to a nearby establishment for a cocktail for about 45 minutes and returned to Ibiza, before they called, hoping a table would be ready. The table still wasn’t ready and we had to wait another twenty minutes for a table. The food and service was poor. There was no attempt to make up for waiting for the table with a complimentary app or anything. Need I say more.
Ibiza. Service was great… food was amazing…my date…. not so much. Lol
