I had horrendous sushi there tonight. When I complained, politely mind you, it’s not the servers fault. The manager straight up refused to talk to me, refused to refund me and had the nerve to call my friend back to the kitchen (she worked there previously) rather than talking to me.Now I’m horribly sick. I’ve puked all night. Because of a sushi roll I payed $14 for.I will never dine here or recommend this restaurant ever again.
First thing: impressive prompt delivery, even on New Year’s Eve. Very tasty dumplings and avocado spring rolls (fried), and a decent scallop dish as well. Good value for the money, especially if you’re doing takeout.
They messed up the order and did nothing to make up for it. I ordered a chicken lo mein. It came without the chicken. I called and was told another would be there in a half hour. No comp or anything extra. So I sat and watched everyone else eat while I waited. I was told because no manager was there they couldn’t do anything. What store is running without even an assistant manager present? I had to exchange my food to prove that they did mess up and received nothing for the inconvenience. BS was all I got.
