Ive come here for many birthdays and family gathers and im never disappointed . The chicken Alfredo is to die for and i can never leave here without trying a new piece of cheesecake . yum
Come hungry here! There are a ton of options and the menu kind of goes everywhere, from Asian to pasta and steaks. The vast amount of choices (both a good and bad thing) leaves you overwhelmed along with the decor and towering ceilings. For a chain restaurant this place looks fancy! The food itself is delicious. My favorite is the miso salmon, it sounds weird but guys trust me… OMG is it good. The portions are huge which is good if you have enough self control to take home left overs. The price is decent for the food quality and atmosphere too. I always look forward to my next trip here.
Been to Cheesecake Factories all over the country. This one in Pittsburgh typical, there is a wait lol….. Tried something new this evening. Steak Diane and Bowl of Clam Chowder. Both very good. Service is Good. Definitely up to Cheese Cake Standards. MOST important. The Margaritas are kicking lol
I have been here a thousand times with my friends and it has always been a great experience. Unfortunately tonight was so bad I’m not sure we will return. Our plan was to get dinner, shop around and then catch a movie. It started off with waiting 20 minutes for our drinks, followed by our server (Ellen) continually not coming over to our table. We had good attitudes at first, seeing that we are also all servers we know how things go. But as the night went on our attitudes got worse. Waited at least 20 minutes every time we needed a drink, kept being told the kitchen was backed up on making bread, yet when she brought it out (1.5 hours later) it was cold and hard. At that point we did not have time to shop so figured we would wait for the movie to begin. Again, being a server I understand having a table not leave is very annoying. But if we had good service we would not have been there for 2 hours and would have been able to stick to our plan. She gave us attitude when we told her we were going to wait and told us we should get the cheesecake to go. Food and drinks were great, hope that Ellen becomes more professional and friendlier.
The first time my friends and I came here was to celebrate my birthday and we all loved the place. There’s nothing we tried that we didn’t love: Factory nachos, crispy crab cakes, chicken potstickers, spicy cashew chicken, bang bang chicken and shrimp, chicken madeira, four cheese pasta, chipotle chicken pasta were all delicious.Even though we were stuffed we couldn’t leave without dessert and got the chocolate tuxedo, godiva chocolate cheesecake and fresh banana cream cheesecake. This quickly became our favourite place in Pitts to celebrate any occasion!
Last weekend we stopped for an early dinner. Got seated within minutes. I ordered the Mexican Tortilla Salad from Skinnylicious menu and it was delicious. My boyfriend ordered the Shrimp Scampi & Steak Diane and he said it was real good. For dessert we ordered the Chris’ Outrageous cheesecake and Dutch Apple Caramel Streusel cheesecake….OMG! I love this restaurant!
Went with family party of 11 for Sunday lunch. Service was pleasant but slow. I mean really slow. We had 2 children with us and having to wait so long was trying and upsetting. When the food finally arrived , my Sante Fe Salad that was huge, actually looked like pig slop and I lost my appetite as soon as I looked at it. I mean of all things , how can you not make a salad look good ? The food served to our table was appealing and everyone else liked their entrees. I did try my salad and found the chicken buried at the bottom of the pile of vegatable slop and it was not bad despite the disappointing presentation. The food is overpriced and the service although pleasant was miserably slow. Do not order salad !
