They have an amazing selection of teas in a relaxing environment. The staff is very knowledgable and as attentive as you’d like them to be… for you get a bell to call for service.
Great variety of teas. Very unique atmosphere. Miso soup was delicious. The beer teas are phenomenal. I love this place. I very unique and in its own way, romantic tea house. The staff was very helpful.
I ordered a chilled chai with soy milk and it tasted like water with cinnamon. No tea taste (not really any taste). My friend got the same but with regular milk and said hers also tasted like water with a hint of cinnamon. When we told the server, she got the manager, who argued with us that they were prepared according to the instructions, and was extremely defensive. The place looks very nice but it won’t be around for long if they don’t have the beverages and customer service to keep people coming back. We sure won’t be, and I’ll recommend to anyone else not to waste your money.
Unique and delightful. What a treat! The atmosphere is MIddle Eastern as is the music. And the choices of teas quite varied. Our serve George was wonderful as well as knowledgeable…….definitely going back and bringing friends!
