purchase a half sheet cake for my daughters baby shower today. We have to drive from Johnstown to get it. I also ordered 4 dozen cupcakes as additional to the cake to make sure we had enough dessert for 65 people. I called in the order emailed the picture I called to go over everything. My black lead 261 roughly. I called the day before to confirm again we were driving from Johnstown. My son in law picked up the cake. The design was nice. We went to slice the cake for the guests and the cake was raw. It wasnt cooked. It weighed literally 30lbs. I asked for a refund and they will only give for the cake. I feel its wrong they should give for the whole order as how did your baker not know the cake was raw. I have baked gluten free for over 8 years you would know. For a business to not make it right is awful. I had 65 guests with no dessert thanks to this business. Awful. I was trying to attach the photo it wont allow me to.
