Great alternative to mineos / aiellos. Great alternative to the usual mineos / aiellos when looking for pizza in squirrelly hill .a small narrow seating area but I kind’ve like how it’s cozy .right at the corner of shady & forbes ave.they take debit/credit cards UNLIKE mineos / aiellos . (very inconvenient when places don’t . not everyone carries a wad of cash around … )

A complete joke. Not due to the fact that there is limited seating here, this place is always empty and there is a reason. the pizza is terrible and the staff is worst. at least at mineo’s or aiello’s you get a comic relief enjoyment from the bad treatment you receive. At Italian Village, the workers are just plain ignorant and lazy. Who wants to make pizza here and who wants to wait on people?? According to the job requirements, you don’t have to fulfill either. Not to mention the place is filthy. I’m sure it has its customers, but one can drive or walk past regularly and see nobody dining in or carrying out. I wonder why??

The best. The best pizza I’ve had in Pittsburgh.

Good special. I’ve been buying their special, 2 slices and a soda, since I moved to Pittsburgh in 2002. $4 is a pretty good deal for a quick lunch.
