Who is rating this place more than a 1?!?!? Food is horrible. Disgusting. Do not eat here if you even know a little about how food should taste.…

Just a nice, friendly place. Really good food, very reasonable. Wings, sticky buns, milkshakes and soup outstanding.
Love the atmosphere, but the food is not all that appetizing. This is definitely a restaurant to check out if you’re new to the area or have visiting family. The place is cozy and full of history, but I just wish the food matched. The food is either a hit or miss and is your typical sandwiches, burgers, and fries. Personally I wouldn’t make a special trip to this restaurant, but if you’re into a place that has a great atmosphere but mediocre food this is the place for you. Also make a note that is does get crowded on the weekends and there’s not much standing room for waiting guests.
AWFUL!!! Went on pasta monday and got the worst pasta ever. The breadsticks tasted like rocks! No flavor to the food. Definitely not worth the cheapness- I’ve tasted food with more flavor at McDonalds. Only old people here, probably because they cant taste anything to begin with. Skip this place and go somewhere else. Anything has to e better!
Like… with reservations…. OK, who doesn’t like the Corner Room? It’s loaded with history and the ambiance of a favorite old sweater. But… let’s actually apply some elbow grease and CLEAN the place. Sticky tabletops, sticky floors, food on the floor – not conducive to enjoying a meal. The food is acceptable but their buffet? No way… dried out eggs, dried out toast, sausages and bacon swimming in grease, limp fruit… Come on, kitchen staff! Drain the meat, keep refreshing the buffet, stir the product… I think they have a good thing going, but they need to train their staff in the ways of keeping the food fresh and appealing.
A family favorite. They have the best kid’s menu in town. The food is nothing fancy but it’s good. The ambiance and service are great.
Not THAT spectacular. Pretty much a standard menu of diner burgers and sandwiches, fish and chips, and a few standard pastas and entrees thrown in there. It’s relatively inexpensive, and also relatively good. It’s better than Baby’s or The Diner, and one of the better places in the immediate downtown area if you just want a cheap burger and aren’t looking for a decent culinary experience. Like many restaurants that others rave about, I don’t hate it, it just doesn’t impress me much. Service also isn’t stellar, but not horrible. The best thing about it was the chocolate peanut butter milkshake. It was pretty good and they gave you one of those metal cups filled with more milkshake.
This is a landmark… the end.
