Where are the vegetables?. I’m used to thai food that has lots more vegetables. The curry was quite delicious, but I was expecting more than just a few green beans with the meat. Also, the service was not very good. I will probably give it another try eventually, but I’m not in a huge hurry to come back.

Alright, not much more. Curry dishes need more veggies, coconut soup was interesting but contained some inedible woody textured things, pad thai was kind of boring. The student wait staff was a bit aloof.

Usually good. Overall, I like Cozy Thai. Good interior design & it’s friendly but I’ve found inconsistencies with their food. Ordered the lemon chicken/tofu a few times. Twice it was very good but one time the tofu was hard and overcooked. complete waste of money. They would do well to change up the menu once in a while.

Amazing Tsai food!!! Lemongrass chicken & drunken noodles with shrimp, to die for!! Consistently great food!

The atmosphere was very cozy indeed. The food and service was amazing. I will definitely eat here again.

Great local Thai place. I (and many of my friends and my husband) really like Cozy Thai. I think the food is always solidly good. I see a bunch of negative reviews about Cozy Thai from… maybe people who live in cities or something? Well, I think Cozy Thai is a great little place in State College. We like the atmosphere, and the dishes we get are always great. I think the lunch special is nice with the soup/salad option and their dinner portions are generous. Good Pad Thai (if not the very best in the world, but who cares?), good drunken noodles, great ginger stirfry, generous on the rice. I like their Thai coffee and iced tea. I think their deep fried banana with ice cream is a good treat. I take friends here because they are generous on the refills and let you sit and catch up for hours without ceasing service. By the way, I’ve been to their new location/restaurant, Galanga, and I think it’s GREAT. I would say the location downtown for Cozy Thai is closer to campus, etc, but I like My Thai on Westerly Parkway just as much, maybe a touch better for lunch due to portion size for the $. I go to both, depending on whether my goal is to be downtown or not. Sometimes I don’t want to be downtown and sometimes I do. Atmosphere at Cozy Thai is better than at My Thai, but My Thai seems to have better cost/portion size at lunch. Dinner seems equal.

Chicken satay very bland/sauce tasteless. Wonton appetizer over fried. Service was slow & my friend’s order was wrong – chik instead of beef w/ nasty aftertaste.
